The Law 25/2013 for the 27^th December, in which the boost of the electronic industry and the creation of an accounting register of invoices of the Public sector (BOE 28^TH December, 2013, Law 25/2013, from the 27^th December), establishes a series of obligations relative to the contents and the process of forwarding invoices that the goods and services suppliers submit to the Public Administrations with which they maintain legal relations, CSIC amongst others.

It is established of mandatory nature (for invoices greater than 5,000 € as well as a recommendation for all the rest, since this guarantees the reception, follow-up and compliance of the payment to suppliers’ regulations) to present invoices in electronic format (e-invoice) which are sent through the General Point of Entry for Invoices of the National General Administration (FACe) https://face.gob.es/es/.
