Patricia Blanco Velasco is a Senior Technician in Analysis and Control and a Senior Technician in Professional Risk Prevention. Her professional career initiated in the private sectors of Food, Forest Improvement, Biochemistry and Pharmaceuticals. Since 2012 she develop her work as a Laboratory Technician at the Institute of Carbon Science and Technology, a research centre belonging to the Spanish Council for Scientific Research. Her professional activities focus mainly on supporting the group's research tasks, the Synthesis and Characterization of carbon nanomaterials (nanotubes, graphene materials, etc.) being in charge also of the training of the newly hired personnel. She has participated in several scientific projects, both nationally and internationally. She is co-author of publications included in the ISI and of several patents.
